How to have a wonderful Sunday

Awaken early, and make yourself a nice cup of tea.

MorningTea.jpg Trader Joe's Lady Grey doctored with milk and honey

Lounge in bed while weaving in

ClementineEnds.jpg a hundred ends.

Maniacally pin together all the pieces of your sweater and then set up the tripod so that you can photograph yourself in your jammies before it gets so stinking hot that putting merino next to your skin for even a second would be too much:

ClementineJammies.jpg I am, I am Superman. And I can do anything!

Spend the heat of the afternoon time in the shade of the back patio, haphazardly seaming away with friends and margaritas:

HotMamas01.jpeg The haphazard seaming has something to do with the margaritas, I'm sure.

Do the *real* seaming after MH and Marnie leave, aspirin has kicked in and the buzz has subsided!

ClementineNeckless.jpg Quick, get me a neckline!

That's really cute. A tip I just learned for working with stripes - using a circular needle but knitting back and forth can eliminate a lot of ends.

I love the colours you chose and can't wait to see the neckline. Margaritas, sun, pals and knitting... a dangerously fun mix!

That is so beautiful... I LOVE the colors :)

Looks the perfect way to spend any day to me. Love those fantastic photos of Utah, what colours!

I love the colors of your sweater - such a nice simple style made so much better with 2 of my favorite colors together - blue and orange! (the day spent with buds and drinks helps too! - sounds like fun)

It all looks good to me: tea, porch, sweater, galpals, margaritas, aspirin, seaming. What more could a person want?

Curious to see your neckline solution!

You girls are having WAAAY too much fun! Wish I could have been there.

The sweater is fantastic, as expected.

Sounds like a wonderfully perfect day. If you can weave in those ends while drinking margaritas, you really are Super(wo)man!

*sigh* I'm the last to blog. The seaming looks wonderful, no doubt about it.
You totaly left out rocking the beef pho for dinner, but I'll let that slide :)

Anyway, sunday really was great. We'll do it again soon, I hope.
